At Droving Clothing Co., we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward Returns and Exchanges Policy to address your concerns.

Return and Exchange Timeframe: Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase and must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Condition of Returned Items: The item/s being returned must remain in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. All tags and packaging must be intact.

Postage Costs: Droving Clothing Co. does not cover postage costs for returns. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning items.

Recommended Shipping Method: For your peace of mind, we recommend using a traceable delivery method through your chosen courier. In the event of a lost parcel during transit, having a tracking number allows you to monitor its status. Droving Clothing Co. is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Processing Your Return: Upon receiving the returned item/s, our team will conduct an assessment. Once cleared, you will receive your exchange item or a refund/store credit for the purchase price (excluding original postage costs). We aim to process returns and exchanges promptly, but please allow 5-10 working days for the process. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund or exchange.
